Learn from the Chef
Join us for a most unique event where you will watch and learn as our guest chef shows Veritas diners all of the secrets involved in preparing a delicious meal. The invited chefs have varied professional experience, from Country Club professionals to owners of renowned restaurants. Some events take on the format of a cooking class, some are multi-course sit down dinners, and others are continuous samplings of dishes right from the kitchen!

- Seared beef tenderloin with bleu cheese
- Coriander crusted scallops with roasted garlic potatoes and white truffle oil
- Butternut squash raviolis with toasted pine nuts and herb cream
- Seared Ahi tuna with pickled ginger beurre blanc and cilantro
