Andy will show you what several varieties of fish should look like, smell like and feel like. We will help you choose fish to please even the most ardent meat ‘n’ potatoes kind of folks. He will suggest fish choices best for various cooking methods and preparations and build your confidence with it comes to adding more healthy, delicious fish entrees to your family’s menus. Specifically, Andy will prepare three different fish in totally different ways. You will go home with knowledge of how to select, prep and cook a variety of fish. You will have specific recipes to follow and will have learned a number of different techniques that take all mystery out of preparing delicious, healthy fish.
