We announce all of our special events, cooking classes and sales first to our interested customers who have signed up to be on our e-mail list.

We e-mail a newsletter to our entire list as new information warrants.  Some weeks several e-mails may be sent – other times, weeks go by between Veritas e-mails.  Some of our e-mails are short announcements of upcoming events; others are long-winded ramblings organized by a table of contents.  Some folks read every word and others choose topics from the Table of Contents and scroll down to gather only that specific information.
